Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jakob Fäßler, Am Breitenstein 33, 88373 Fleischwangen, Email: support@jakobfootball.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performing the contract after:

· you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

· you have confirmed that you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.

This consent is obtained during the checkout process.
